Teresa Diane Day Anderson, age 62, of Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, formerly of Gainesville, passed away on April 19, 2025. She was born on June 7, 1962, to Herbert Day and the late Annie Ruth Major Day. Teresa was preceded in death by her mother and her sister Janice Ruth Day.

She is survived by her father, Herbert Day; her children Ricky Anderson Jr (Michele) and Ryan Anderson (Samantha); special daughters Crystal Anderson and Courtney Ledford; grandchildren Piper, Josh, Tucker, Carter, and Kora; siblings Douglas Day, Matthew Day, June Messer, and Jessica Day; former husband Rick Anderson Sr; and her beloved fur baby "Sassy."

Teresa's wishes were to be cremated. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to honor her memory and share stories of her life.
