Mrs. Virginia "Ginny" Ann Sturm, age 81, of Dahlonega, Georgia, passed away on August 14, 2025.

Ginny was born on February 28, 1944, in Buffalo, New York, to the late Al Czarnocki and the late Estelle Czarnocki. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Sturm, and her sister, Diane Zimmer.

She is survived by her children, Bob (Jean) Sturm of Gainesville, and Tim (Christie) Sturm of Flowery Branch; grandchildren, Ashley (Codey) Pitts, Dillon Sturm, Nick Sturm, and Brett Sturm; along with four great-grandchildren Cami Pitts, Cara Pitts, Eva Pitts, and Jude Pitts.

Ginny had a lifelong love for music, especially Jazz and the Blues. She proudly served as the lead administrator for the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Fan Page on Facebook, where she connected with countless fans who shared her passion.

She will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, whose vibrant spirit and love of life will be dearly missed.

In keeping with her wishes, Ginny will be cremated. No public services will be held at this time.
